Your Squacco Heron reminds me somewhat of the Green Herons I see up at the Magee Marsh during the spring migration. I like the way you captured it in a sneaking pose with eyes intensely fixed on something just out of camera range. The focus on the bird appears sharp yet for some strange reason the plumage detail on its wing and back looks a bit soft.
From this extremely low POV you have given us a great view of what might seem like a jungle to a small rodent, lizard or even an insect.
The flower has a unique shape and its bright yellow petals are beautiful. I like the off center placement of the bloom. Focus is sharp and exposure is very good.
what a wonderfull light reflected from the water, and the moment is just perfect
Congrats, high above TN standards
I like this coast images with cliffs and water...Breathtaking landscape with amazing sharpness....
Very nice composition with a lovely colorful specie. It is nice that you meet in the wild such interesting Bee-eater specie.
What a beauty...I remember the "brothers" of this specie rising in autumn in several mountain regions in my country. They are superb flowers and the most interesting images are those taken against the sunlight....
Nice photo of this coast in beautiful natural colours and a fine composition. Great DOF. I'm not a fan of frames, it creates a kind of limit, specially in landscapes, but that's personal.
