Hi Srikumar
Beautiful color on the plumage, good sharpness and nice pose.
Excellent work, as usual.

Hi Dietrich
It is not easy to obtain such picture quality with an insect in flight.
The wasp is shown with sharp details and with favorable dof.

Hi Luciano
The same beauty, although this one must be younger than the previous.
Sharp details and balanced exposure.

Hi Shir,
The photo's gorgeous, however, I'm sure you captured Calocera viscosa (Pers.) Fr., a very common species growing in coniferous forests. Clavulinopsis corniculata is rare and is prefering different habitat (broadleaved forest), however, macroscopically it's otherwise very similar to Calocera viscosa.

Hi Ram,
I agree with Luciano the perspective was very difficult to capture the butterfly from, but you solved the the problem quite well. Great focus, nice dose of blue (it immediately gains the viewer's attention), and the mish-mashed, slightly overexposed background fits the image well, too, contrasting the above mentioned blue. Nice work, congratulations!

Hi Pedro,
Nice teleshot, probably a little brighter than the optimal due to the big distance, but a very attractive one with the snow-covered summit and the clouds in the valley. Useful post, thanks!

Hi Marius,
Nice color gamut and good sharpness (on the wings). Good photo, but a tighter crop on each side might make it even more powerful. Great usage of lights and proper exposure. That's about the aesthetic side. About the scientific, it's quite rare to see this species in late July as it's rather a spring one, at least in Central Europe (but also in Ireland, where I currently live).
Thanks for sharing, kind regards, L谩szl贸

Hi Luciano,
Nicely composed image, spectacular enough. :-) However, I feel that some small technical issues might be amended (explained at the workshop), I mean the raw material's good, but post-procession was not fully done. Anyway, I hope you'll like my version also.
Kind regards from Ireland, L谩szl贸

Hello Pierre,
I like your Pigion picture. Not great background or POV, but quite well. Ground level shot would have been better. Beautiful light on grasses. Good details and colour.
Thanks for sharing,
