A good looking species of Plover, Ron.
At first glance, it struck me as a Lapwing.
Its head is really ornate to earn that name. The red legs are amazing.
Excellent POV and a pin sharp image.

Two Lapwing specie on this page....Very nice and colorful specie. I meet only the European Lapwing which is preparing for the great migration to Africa....

I have also captured this Crowned Olive, but still not posted :-(
Quite well captured. This isn't such bird that you will get good details and DOF. So it's a good work, just legs look bit reddish. I like BG light here.
