I understand what you mean in your note - macro photography is great as there is more to see and photograph around you. For a really good landscape you mostly need to be out early or late in the day and the light must be right and the view worthwhile! It is very hard but great when you succeed!
Anyway, this is an excellent macro of the Lemon Pansy in beautiful natural colours and great sharpness. It stands out against the wall as if I could touch it!
Many thanks and cheers, Ulla

This is sooo sharp! What a beautiful capture of this beauty! Honestly, I think that a natural background could be nicer but this remains a superb shot with good composition and exposure. Thanks a lot!

Well honesty Pankaj, I know you enjoy learning from others and trying different techniques but when it all boils down to the core...you are truly a magnificent close in imager of nature..and you have the most experience in this area which always shows in your positively correct settings and presentations such as this one!

I really enjoyed your landscapes but it's wonderful to see a new macro from you. This Lemon Pansy is magnificent. The wing markings are beautiful with rich colors and excellent details. I love the diagonal position - wonderful composition.

Blameless shot of a very beautiful butterfly. Diagonal composition, exactness of reproduction of colour pattern and texture of the wings and all other features of the insect are so impressive. I like wall, its colours and texture as a BG. Very proper combination. My best wishes and TFS.

Doesn't it just drive you nuts when you decide to take one lens and then see lots of possibilities for a different lens. It can be so aggravating. Then carrying around all that extra gear gets too heavy. Dilemma, dilemma!
This is a nice "textbook" image of this butterfly. It is sharp, shows lots of detail and you chose a very uncluttered composition.

Again another beautiful butterfly from you, in challenging POV where you've shown good details through out the wingspan. Light wall BG adds good contrast in diagonal composition.
Thanks for sharing.

Preciosa Pankaj, digna de estar en cualquier guía de categoría !! La mariposa, con esos marrones y sus contrastes es muy bella y creo que la captaste muy bien. No la conocía.

Hello Pankaj. The tools are identical to mine right down to the filter. You are one up here because you are using something absolutely necessary but I am too lazy to lug it around. The tripod works wonders here. The markings are exceptionally sharp and you have framed it well in very good perspective. Excellent post and very well done. Regards. Jusni
