fine capture from the plane with a nice view to the sea. I especially like the beautiful blue colour tones.

Une vue fabuleuse depuis l'avion..un coin de terre dans la mer, comme un tableau.
Très beau effectivement. Mais pas de réponse à ta question..

Splendid landscape from the sky. The colors and details are amazing. It looks great.
Very nice tones of blue colors.
Thanks for sharing!
This is rather frustrating for me. If the flow direction were towards the bottom, one could argue that it it a juvenile bird's-foot delta but it seems the flow direction is from bottom to top right. So, the light coloured part in the bottom half is above sea level and sediment is disseminated into the sea water beyond the transverse lagoonal bar through which the river has broken....clouds of suspended sediment are visible in the upper part of the image. It is also interesting that tributaries can develop so locally and over such a short distance. Fascinating indeed!!! Best wishes.

What a pretty sight to view from your plane even though you can't pin-point the area. From an upside down angle it reminds me of a tree branch reaching for the sky and this angle a tree with it's roots searching for a source of water.
I have ocassionally taken a handheld GPS on a flight, which shows you exactly where the plane is at all times. This can be very interesting and also helps pass the time. I make sure to always ask the flight stewardess if this is OK, and have never been told by any that it was not allowed.
